Part Time Sales Assistant - Thursday , Friday & Saturday

We are looking for an enthusiastic & hardworking individual to join our Margate store. The role will be 3 regular days, with the potential for additional shifts over the holiday periods.

Working alongside the Manager, the ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable, friendly and confident; someone who can interact comfortably with customers and co-workers alike. You will have an eye for detail; maintaining the highest standards of merchandising and appearance of the store. Previous sales experience in fashion, retail or sales is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial focus and ability to drive sales and maximise profitability
  • Supporting the Store Manager
  • Maintaining strong visual merchandising across the store
  • Ensuring cleanliness, health and safety and presentation standards are met at all times
  • Support customer requests and enquiries
  • Assisting in online order fulfilment and returns/exchanges
  • Social media content creation

Experience

  • Previous fashion retail or sales experience preferred , but not essential
